How to track your orderEnter your order number in the field below. Your order number can be found on your printed receipt or on the confirmation email you received when you placed your order. What you will see after entering order no. & clicking "view"You will be viewing the details of your order along with "Order Status" and "Payment Status". The "payment status" will show Settled when the payment method has been accepted and payment completed. A payment status of Unknown could indicate that there was insufficient info entered by you or something else of that nature. A payment status of Declined usually indicates a problem with your available credit on the payment method used or something of that nature. A payment status of Failed indicates there was a problem with that credit card's processing by the online payment processor. The payment status of Voided will show anytime we void the order due to various reasons such as canceled orders by you (cancellation of orders must be within 1-3 days of placement), permanently out of stock item(s) (we will attempt to contact you before cancelling any order), etc. The "Order Status" is the current status of your order. In Progress displays when the order is accepted (no backorder or out of stock situations arise), and the order is being processed & readied for shipment. Backordered means the order or parts of the order is on backorder and whereupon, after our contact with you, you agree to continue the order. Completed means the order has been shipped and normally the shipper (UPS, FedEx, etc.) shows in the appropriate space along with a shipper tracking number if & when available. Shipper tracking numbers may take a day or two to show as they are not always immediately available to us. If the shipper and/or shipping tracking number is not available in real time on this site, an email(s) will be sent to you, from Hastpro, supplying that info so you can continue tracking the progress of your order after it has shipped. Electronically delivered products (ebooks) are treated somewhat differently when ordered alone. The payment status will still be the same as explained above but, the order status will show New until we are fairly sure the automatic electronic delivery and download by you of the product was successful. After we are fairly sure everything went as planned, we will change the order status to Completed. However, there could always be problems encountered with these automatic features or your download of the electronic product. Please do not hesitate to contact us anytime a problem of any nature comes up. We can possibly even help if a future computer crash or computer restore wipes out your ebook - just contact us (contact info is available on any Hastpro site or you can simply search for Hastpro and the sites will normally be listed in search results)! |
