For the ebook download when using PayPal, after payment is complete look for a button or link that says "click here to receive your download" (PayPal's site). Unless you click that particular button or link on PayPal's site, the purchase cannot be completed because you will not be returned to our site where you actually receive the download via our servers by clicking a link at the bottom of our receipt page (for even more complete step by step download instructions, please read the instructions provided on our checkout page prior to checkout). If you miss clicking the appropriate buttons or links, immediately email or call us and we will proceed to acceptably provide you with a download from our computer ASAP if your payment is obviously marked as completed by PayPal. As with ANY CREDIT CARD, you must wait for the payment to CLEAR before the download option appears!! Also if you need assistance, please allow up to approx. 48 hours for us to respond to your email. Normally we answer emails within only a few hours of receiving them but there are times this becomes impossible, therefore, up to 48 hours may be needed. List the subject of any such emails "help with ebook download" or something along those lines, we scan our emails according to the email subject and will give priority to a subject like this. Warning: Spammers beware, we will aggressively pursue and prosecute to the fullest extent of State and Federal laws any spam email senders using such subjects as these.
Effect of shipping charge of an ebook(s) purchaseThe shipping charge rules should not apply to any ebook purchase, therefore the price of the ebook and any stated applicable tax (if you are in AR) should be the entire amount you will pay for the ebook(s).
