 Our recommendation for printing these do it yourself how to ebooks-First print the first 3 pages on one side only, then print the rest of the book (starting with page number 4) by choosing 2 sided format settings for your printing preferences. This should result in a "legal" book layout (by using the word "legal", we mean the guidelines for printing as set forth by the copyright office). Of course one sided printing is OK but will require more paper. NOTE: Monitor your ink levels while printing!!! Personally, we do not print the entire book at one time. Instead we print pages 1-3, 4-25 then 26-51 and so on. By choosing an even number to begin and an odd number to end the printing segments, the book will come out just like any book without blank pages. Printing in segments also helps with the time needed to print the entire book (we can leave and come back later to resume printing) and helps with ink/paper level monitoring. NOTE: If your print program shows a box that asks do you want to limit transparency items, check no because some of the illustrations etc. are of that category. |

Several people have either missed a step or got too impatient with the download especially if dialup was their Internet connection. In some instances the download may have been prevented by firewall settings etc. and they mistakenly left our site to correct it or something along those lines. Email or call us and provide your transaction number if such a problem occurs (when using email, it's helpful to use the email address you provided to our site). We can use an email attachment to provide you with your download if your email inbox has the capacity. If your email doesn't have the capacity, simply open a free email account with Google's gmail or either Yahoo's version and they do have the capacity. Other options exist as well but using an email attachment by far the simplest. |
